Terms of use

These terms are a contract between you and WellPrepped Education (WellPrepped LLP), registered in Singapore at 6 Bishan St 25, 33-13 Clover by the Park, Singapore 573975. They govern your use of the WellPrepped Creators portal. By signing in, you accept them.

They sit alongside two other documents. Your Creator Agreement governs the work itself: what you produce, what we pay, and how either of us ends the arrangement. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data. If anything here conflicts with your signed Creator Agreement, the agreement takes precedence.

The portal is invite-only. You may use it if we have invited you, you have signed a Creator Agreement with us, and — where you are under 18 — your parent or legal guardian has countersigned it.

You must also be old enough to hold an account on the platforms you post to, under those platforms' own rules.

You sign in with a single-use link sent to your email address. There is no password to forget, which also means your email account is the key to your portal account: keep it secure, and tell us promptly at creators@wellprepped.org if you think someone else has access to it.

Your account is yours alone. Do not share it or let anyone else use it. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you.

You may connect your TikTok or Instagram account so that view counts reach us automatically instead of by screenshot. This is optional, it does not change what you are paid, and you can disconnect whenever you like.

• Only connect an account you own and control. Do not connect someone else's.
• We read your own posts and their performance figures, and nothing else. We never post as you. The full list is in the privacy policy.
• The platforms' own terms continue to apply to your account and your posts. We cannot and do not override them.
• Platforms change their APIs and occasionally withhold figures — Instagram, for instance, does not report insights for accounts under 100 followers. Where that happens, screenshots remain the way to prove views, and you are paid the same either way.

• Shows you the briefs and scripts we would like you to film.
• Lets you submit a video for review before you post it, and shows you the decision and any notes.
• Records what you posted, where, and how it performed.
• Produces your monthly report and invoice, which you can approve or dispute in the portal.
• Tells you what you can and cannot claim about WellPrepped in your content.

When using the portal, you agree not to:

• Submit figures you know to be untrue, or screenshots that have been altered. Your agreement makes this grounds for immediate termination, and we mean it.
• Claim payment for a video that is not yours, or that you did not post.
• Attempt to access another creator's data, or any part of the system you have not been given access to.
• Probe, scan or interfere with the portal's security, or use automated tools to scrape it.
• Upload anything malicious, unlawful, or infringing someone else's rights.
• Share our briefs, scripts, claims sheet or brand materials outside your work for us.

The briefs, scripts, claims sheet and brand materials in the portal belong to us. You may use them to make content for us and for nothing else.

The videos you make are dealt with in your Creator Agreement, including any licence you grant us to use them. Nothing on this page adds to or reduces that.

Rates, bonuses, lesson exchanges, measurement dates and payment timing are all set by your Creator Agreement. The portal calculates and displays them; it does not decide them.

Figures shown before a video's 30-day measurement date are estimates, and the portal labels them as such. Views can fall as well as rise. The figure that is paid is the one measured on the date your agreement specifies.

If your invoice looks wrong, dispute it in the portal rather than waiting — that is what the button is for, and it is easier to fix before payment than after.

We aim to keep the portal running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change affects how you are paid, your agreement governs, and we will tell you in advance.

If the portal is unavailable when you need to submit something, email creators@wellprepped.org — a deadline you missed because our site was down is not a deadline you missed.

We may suspend or close your portal access if you breach these terms or your Creator Agreement, or if the arrangement between us ends.

If that happens, you keep access to your invoices so you can see and approve anything still owed to you. Work you have already done and been approved for is still paid.

You can stop using the portal at any time; ending the agreement itself is covered by the agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the portal. Our total liability in connection with the portal is limited to the amounts payable to you under your Creator Agreement in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not responsible for the platforms themselves — if TikTok or Instagram removes your post, restricts your account or changes how it counts views, that is between you and them, though we will help where we sensibly can.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will email you about anything material before it takes effect. Continuing to use the portal after that means you accept the change. Changes here never alter a Creator Agreement you have already signed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights you cannot contract out of, this does not take those rights away.
